INGREDIENTS
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
4 6-oz. salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced into rounds

This Garlic Butter Baked Salmon recipe makes tender, flaky salmon brushed with an incredible garlic butter sauce! Baked on a sheet pan with your favorite veggies, this easy salmon recipe takes just a few minutes of prep and makes a perfect weeknight dinner idea.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Melt 6 tablespoons butter; whisk in brown sugar, oregano,
thyme, and rosemary. Set aside.
Bake the Salmon in the Oven
Preheat your oven.
Arrange salmon fillets and broccoli florets on a lightly
greased sheet pan.
Rub the minced garlic over the salmon fillets
Pour the butter mixture over the salmon and broccoli.
Squeeze lemon juice over everything and season with salt and
pepper.
Bake!

HOW TO STORE COOKED SALMON
Properly stored, cooked salmon will last 3 to
4 days in the refrigerator. Place completely cooled salmon in an airtight
container; close and store in the fridge.
You can also freeze cooked salmon. Place
completely cooled salmon in covered airtight containers or heavy-duty freezer
bags. Keep in the freezer for up to 4 months.

Salmon Teriyaki
Salmon Teriyaki is an easy Japanese recipe and takes
only 4 key ingredients. Serve the salmon with steamed rice and teriyaki sauce
for a delicious salmon teriyaki bowl.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. (0.4 kg) salmon fillet
1 tablespoon oil
white and black sesame seeds, for garnishing
TERIYAKI SAUCE:
3 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari
1/2 cup
2 tablespoons sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all the ingredients in the Teriyaki Sauce in a saucepan
and reduce it on low heat. As soon as the teriyaki sauce thickens, remove it
from heat. Let cool.
Heat up a pan or skillet over low to medium heat. Add a bit
of oil and pan-sear the salmon (skin-side down) until the bottom part becomes
super crispy. Cover the pan or skillet to make sure that the salmon is cooked
through. Remove the salmon from heat, drizzle with the teriyaki sauce and
garnish with the sesame. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
