RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns request shall be made 7 (Seven) days upon the arrival of the parcel, Chang Shen F&B Supply will only bear the cost of return should it fit these criteria: 

Damages and Mistakes:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fresh foods, dairy products & seafoods) or personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at custcare@changshenfood.com

Refunds:
Chang Shen F&B Supply will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return goods, and proceed with refund approval. Upon approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Refund duration will be 7 working days.

Return & Refund Request:
Return request MUST BE MADE from this website under Return request section Return and must include together Return Form (Printable) with the goods during return. Any return request that has been made without Return Form will be void.
